Orignal designs:
Above are my first template designs, we had production meeting with the client and he gave us feedback on each of the design and how to develop them further.
The sticker was not at all how he wanted it to look like, it had too much information, wasn't eye catching enough, looked like a typical sticker which look amateur and just wasn't what he wanted, he wants just a straight to the point sticker to advertise his twitter media platform.
The poster looked amateur as it was simply designed with no signature design that would suit his other work. Change the font, the colour, and make it more brighter and clearer and change the picture to a picture of him, add other effects to it to make it unique.
The flyer looks good on the front but need to add all relevant information to the back of it, so make it double sided. Change the colour to something more attention grabbing add picture of him with his logo, branding and media platform information add other effects to it to make it unique and more professional.
Final design concepts:

Relevent legal and ethical issues
The issues with the advertising campaign is people could feel as you are disturbing them when trying to hand them a flyer as you are trying to get them to listen to a radio station and they might just look it as another reason for advertising. How you can go about avoiding offending or disturbing people is to either try and pick out specific people that the advertising plan has target the audience or the way you approach to potential costumers. One of the main legal issues that pops up when advertising is copyright. When creating the logo for our clients company we need to make sure nothing we use is copyrighted. This could really let our client down if we did use something that was copyrighted as it could affect her business negatively if she uses a copyrighted logo for her company. Another legal and ethical issues that we need to remember if the fact that we are trying to gain her customers of all ages and backgrounds so when showing off her art to possible customers we need to use suitable pieces of artwork. Our client, in the past, has painted nude images, this would be unsuitable to show off to the public and could get our client some negative responses which is the last thing that we want to do.
Dates, timescale and launch dates
To design, develop the adcept and to get feedback from the client would take a couple week so the launch date for the campaign will be the 7th of April - 10th April. The 7th of April will be on a Tuesday so it would be appropriate to start the campaign on that date as we can stand outside the Fez on Fresh Tuesday from 9pm-2am the reason to give them out at this time and place is because it is the night that DJ Push organises the event so it seems very appropriate to give out flyers and stickers to the costumers that have already experienced DJ Push's talent and events and hopefully will enjoy his radio show. The 8th, 9th and 10th will be spent in the sixth-form colleges giving out the flyers to get people more aware of him, his events and his radio show, giving people the times and dates that the radio show will be on, we will be at the sixth-form between 10pm-2am which give us enough time to be able engage with the potential consumers.
Equipment needed
Printer with ink - Print of the designs
A bag to carry the printed designs in.
A laptop with the relevant software to design the adcepts.
Possibly a rain coat incase it rains during giving out the flier and the Fez club event.
Food and drink when at the colleges/sixth-forms.
Transport to and from the events.
Seasonal events
The seasonal calendar will effect carrying on with the advertising campaign as if it winter, not much people will be out on Fresh Tuesdays but there will be more people gathered at the college and sixth-form as it will be in winter so it will be easier to talk to college students when giving out the flyers and poster. The advantage to trying to attract and audience for DJ PUSH in the winter is that it is colder and people will be at home more so there is more chance that they will tune into his radio station at night time as they are at home on social media any way. So if you was going to drag out the campaign over the course of the year it would be better to go to Fresh Tuesday to hand flier and stickers out in the Summer because the stickers refer to social media so it wold attract people to DJ PUSH's social media and in the winter talk to college students at their education destinations as they are more likely to listen to you in the winter and to tune into the radio station in the winter as they are inside anyway.
Before confirming that the campaign will take place I have looking into other relevant legal and ethical issue confirming everything with ASA https://www.cap.org.uk/Advertising-Codes/Non-Broadcast.aspx. When checking over the relevant legal codes most of the boxes were ticked to say that the campaign and the designs are appropriate for distribution. The only codes that may cause some concern is " 05 Children" as if there are posters and fliers being handed out to drunk people then more than likely a few a are going to end up on the floor and then children could see them the next day and either pick it up and read it, exposing them to information about night clubs and DJ PUSH's radio station which is on air at 11PM which is after the water shed to which means there could be inappropriate language used on the show which could become and problem if a child is exposed to it. Another code that could cause problem and linked in with kids is "18 alcohol" due to the flyers and stickers being given out at the clubs which obviously sell alcohol, so we do not want to advertising alcohol to the wrong crowd or an inappropriate crowd.
Personnel activities
I am working with someone on this advertising campaign so we will have our jobs split.
I will be printing off the design to the printer and I have the equipment for that, during the time I am printing it off my work colleague will be making double checking over the designs so that they are up to the standard that we are expecting them to come out. Also he will be the person who keeps in contact with the client to organising meeting and to show it the progress into the campaign.
We are both working on the design collaboratively as we both thought that the design would be more unique with both of our input, instead of one work on one adcept and the other work on the other adcepts
